James (Jim) Lines

James (Jim) K. Lines is a Senior Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. Jim is Chief Executive Officer of Lines Consulting Group and has provided advisory services to Thoma Bravo and its predecessor firms for more than 10 years. He previously was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Surgical Partners International, Inc., a private equity sponsored operator of surgery centers and hospitals, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITI Marketing Services, a tele-services firm backed by GTCR. Jim’s background also includes 12 years in various financial management capacities at affiliates of AMR Corporation (American Airlines), during which he served as Director-Corporate Finance, Managing Director-Corporate Development, and Chief Financial Officer of The SABRE Group, a global electronic travel distributor with $1.5 billion in revenue. Jim has served as a director and/or acting CFO of a number of Thoma Bravo portfolio companies.
